SOLUTION:

go to the menu -> Edit your custom_rules for Nginx
On line 25, uncomment the following line by removing the # character. Then replace XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX with your whm/cPanel shared IP

set $PROXY_DOMAIN_OR_IP “XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX”;

Engintron will reboot and everything will work immediately
